I signed up for the card recently but would like to know if my 10 dollar deposit will be refunded if I don't pass the KYC? Pleasant experience becoming a new clientele to the platform I would rate for a 5 but I believe there's always room for improvement. The response I received was prompt, assistance extended to me was personal, the team is flexible and pleasant to deal with. There's limitation on the templated registration form however the team helped through the process and altered the information with my consent after my KYC was done. Keep up the good work!
