RSUnbanked or BlockCard or Choise.com, disappointment I've opened an Unbanked account and transferred about 50 USD to it. After that, I got almost 6000 TERN coins. After that, I tried for almost one month to do anything with the TERN assets and I cannot do anything with it. Cannot exchange it for other cryptocurrencies, cannot transfer it to a StellarX account, cannot exchange it to FIAT currency, and basically, my money is locked up and lost on Unbanked maze. Very bad experience, and very poor customer support. Avoid it!

BGNot worthy loosing time with their KYC Not worthy loosing time with their KYC. They do not accept a document, proof of address, in one of the official EU languages! Wanted from me official translation, notary signed! Binance did not have a problem to accept it.

GBPretty sure most reviews are fake Pretty sure most reviews are fake, since I use (try to use) this service and their card for over a year, back when they were called "GetBlockCard" service. Their card never works, the balance on the account melts for no reason, I deposited 1000 and now it's about 730. They also charge monthly fees, opposite to what all other crypto companies do (credit you with nice ROI % for all your balance). Just use a different service if you want to avoid a headache.

GBDisappointed customer and early investor Latest update: 17th Jan Received an reply saying I should reach out to their customer support team and they can confirm I am still suspended, what a waste of time and misleading information. --------- I was one of the earliest crowdfunding investors and staked the full 145000 UNBNK tokens for the highest tier cashback even though I could not get my hand on the card as I am in the UK and it was only available in the US. I got banned by them for not passing their screening (no idea why and they couldn't provide a further explanation) and I asked if I can withdraw my token without paying for the burn and gas fee and the answer was no. And they failed to read my email properly on multiple occasions and just send me canned template replies, poor service throughout and I will sell my share whenever I have an opportunity.

ILI’m using the litecoin card service… I’m using the litecoin card service they offer and wow support is out of this world. Within a matter of hours I recieved an answer with a solution and with very friendly support. I was actually quite impressed. Compared to Binance and coinbase support this is an A++. In a realm where the community is the drive, they sure have there focus on the correct aspects. Trust and feel comfortable with them from a few days of use more than years of other centralized services Iv used. Will recommend.
