GBCustomer service is horrible Customer service is horrible. They took out 4, yes 4 payments for a single month. Then credited them back. They called saying since 4hey credited too much, we owed them a payment. Never during the conversation was it mentioned that they credited the monthly payment. They allowed it to become a late payment. Now they want another payment to make up for it. Any conversation with them is confusing and not fully honest. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

GBChecklist and more! A checklist of the entire process would be very helpful for all parties involved, as it would help to keep the process flowing. Paying close attention to detail (such as correct address, correct spelling of names, etc.) would speed up the process. Being pro-active as to what the next step to be completed would be helpful, such as having the utility company scheduled to inspect as soon as you know that the wire is laid and then connected by the electrician. Our guess is that the communication will become smoother as the companies work together. Overall, we excited about having solar… when we can finally flip the switch!!

GBI want to know how many more loans for… I want to know how many more loans for Pink energy you have given out KNOWING that Pink energy is scamming their customers. You have plenty of customers that are telling you as well as customers that have stopped payments on their loans. You are practicing deceptive business practices just as they are if you are still lending money to unsuspecting victims of this company. I will not stop until this loan gets paid off by Pink or whoever.

GBDO NOT LEND WITH THIS COMPANY This is the worst company I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. Their loan assumptions are an absolute mess. Their Customer service and loan assumption officers don't have direct lines. No one is allowed to share information with you about the assumption, you basically get the run around every single time you call. It's unbearable. Do not get a loan with this company. They failed to qualify a buyer for a $55/month payment, who is at a 35% DTI on a 700K home purchase and has millions in assets. They are incredibly frustrating.

GBHurry, get your solar installed before the tax breaks go away!!! The installation crew was professional, explained everything they were doing and were courteous. We are very pleased with the final look of the solar panels on our roof. The panels were installed very uniformly, all wires and connections completely hidden from view. The cost of the solar is less than our old electric bill, and we are getting tax breaks. Should have done this sooner :)
