Project was scheduled and completed, and all delays were caused by outside events (Covid). I am pleased with the completed product.

So I decided to take advantage of the 0% promo to get a shower installation completed. While Westshore did make good on their word when I came across an issue, Dividend did not. I was without a shower for over two months and asked for an extension and they would not honor it even though Westshore determined the materials were faulty. I ended up a paying off the promotion but they would offer no compensation, rude customer service and just overall do not care about their customers!

Employees are not knowledgeable about… Employees are not knowledgeable about business practices. I called to pay off loan amount and was told balance could be paid in full online. What a mistake, I ended getting a phone call for additional charges. The company is deceitful and not transparent. My neighbors also experienced the same issue. I would advise you to be cautious when dealing with this company or look for other options.

It's a Beautiful Thing! Everything dealing with the instillation of my purchase and the financing of the product has gone smoothly. Nothing to worry about. My payments will go auto pay each month and I'll soon be enjoying fresh air through my beautiful new windows.
