GBPREDATORY LOANS/FRAUD!!!!! The good reviews here must be from DF employees because there is no way this company will get more than 1 Star review. They offer PREDATORY SOLAR LOANS thru Pink Energy, and now they are acting like they didn't know what was happening. FNI and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Please look into this loan shark institution.

GBTheir online portal is absolute trash… Their online portal is absolute trash and getting customer service is a waste time. You can’t even cancel or change auto payments from the portal, you have to call in and everyone you talk to will give you a different answer. I was advised to cancel my old auto payment by telling my bank to reject it, which I had to pay $30 to do. Now each month, even though I have a new auto payment setup, dividend charges me $20 because on their end they are still trying to charge the old plus the new auto payment. I have been told they can’t cancel the auto payment in their end. For a finance company offering loans this is completely unacceptable.

GBWhere do I start Where do I start, you can't get a customer service rep on the phone, their app doesn't work, their website doesn't work, forget your password?? Reset links don't work (no emails sent ever) trying to import my account to the new app, doesn't work, and not 1 person there understands what the problem is. Every app in existence saves your password, every site except theirs and then you have to call in to reset it takes hours to check your account balance. Beyond frustrating.

GBHurry, get your solar installed before the tax breaks go away!!! The installation crew was professional, explained everything they were doing and were courteous. We are very pleased with the final look of the solar panels on our roof. The panels were installed very uniformly, all wires and connections completely hidden from view. The cost of the solar is less than our old electric bill, and we are getting tax breaks. Should have done this sooner :)

GBCan’t even create an account to pay my bill I’m just trying to figure out how to go on. I have to have different passwords/accounts for the same loan for different parts of the website? Why? I can’t get the website to send me a confirmation text or password reset email. I haven’t even started much with this company and I’m already extremely frustrated
