PREDATORY LOANS/FRAUD!!!!! The good reviews here must be from DF employees because there is no way this company will get more than 1 Star review. They offer PREDATORY SOLAR LOANS thru Pink Energy, and now they are acting like they didn't know what was happening. FNI and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Please look into this loan shark institution.

What a mistake, I ended getting a phone call for additional charges. The company is deceitful and not transparent. My neighbors also experienced the same issue. I would advise you to be cautious when dealing with this company or look for other options.

Do not finance with this company. Do not finance with this company if getting a shower installation through Westshore Homes! So I decided to take advantage of the 0% promo to get a shower installation completed. While Westshore did make good on their word when I came across an issue, Dividend did not. I was without a shower for over two months and asked for an extension and they would not honor it even though Westshore determined the materials were faulty. I ended up a paying off the promotion but they would offer no compensation, rude customer service and just overall do not care about their customers!

At installation it was found that the measurements for front window were wrong so it took extra time to remake the windows (3 windows). I was requested to sign off before the work was completed. I refused. Experience has taught me that no signing off until completion is the way to properly take care of business. All in all, the work was great and clean, Workers were professionals and thorough.
