GBREALLY RUN REALLY RUN ! the May 2021 roll-out of there new SBB mobile CANNOT be installed on most phones and there internet desktop SBB IS just beyond ambiguous. This bank should be shut down by the FDIC. I am reporting them. They are holding my money, and business hostage. You will never ever get a hold of an actual SBB employee in Kansas HQ

GBJust add documentation I am very happy with my micro business checking account at SBB. It was easy to set up and offers cell phone deposit, free paper checks, a debit card and more. I think the $5/month fee is fair... I didn't shop around exhaustively for a "better" deal. The telephone support is good. I'm not overwhelmed by the online banking website, or by the account terms documentation. In my opinion it can be confusing, incomplete, or even slightly contradictory (from one document to another.)

GBFollowing up with an update on my… Following up with an update on my previous review. What this bank did to me now after 5 days. There is a Bi********tch.......named michelle. She told to me over the phone at first that I am not Watson Lupher the owner of the account with no base to it at first. When I politely asked her when will this bank going to release my funds . She said never then I asked what will you do with these funds .She fck********ngly replied that they will turn these funds fraud and then I again asked that what happen to these funds. Then she told me it will remains there . Despite my accounts is closed by them the funds are with the bank along with there other funds at one place. This fck********ng small business bank and indeed this is a small bank with 10-15 thieves working together and robbing small business owners funds. I will now turn this to the FBI at first and then file a litigation in the court. NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR OPENNNNNNNNNNNNNNN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS SH********TTY BANK.

GBRUN AWAY RUN AWAY. I have been a business customer since 2014. This bank "upgraded" their online portal and app. I lost all access to every transaction. They offered to 'mail or fax' my past statements. Seriously? No access to anything online before March of 2021. The new system doesn't allow a transaction search or any detail. How is this allowed by the Feds in this day and age? Thier customer service has never been good, now it's horrible. Moved to Capital One

GBPositive banking experience for my business I have been using Small Business Bank for several years. I appreciate their detailed security measures to set up the account. I have had excellent customer service for any question I may have. I have not had any problems with transfers to my personal account or paying bills. Any problems I have encounter have been my own mistake and mostly involved technical issues. I have had many more issues with larger banks in the past and feel the service SBB provides is superior and valuable.
