GBHORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I can no longer access my account (since early May). I have called a dozen or more times during the past few weeks and the call is not or cannot be answered. There so called upgrade "mobile app" apparently accessible only via cell phone replaced their previous computer based interface. I DON"T use a cell phone for my banking! Now I am locked out of any access to my business accounts.

GBCan't think of any reason to look elsewhere. Have been with SBB for several years now, and am still delighted with their service. No nonsense bank. Good people. Fast service. Responsive to all my needs and questions. Simple and secure online banking interface. Everything I've needed to run both of my micro businesses. Can't think of any reason to look elsewhere.

MXLots all lies This bank they don't know how to handle business i opened an account i really thought i did but was never activated. Now they secured 2 message wich i can't get in because My account is locked. Well after you answer this last review you never fixed anything you closed my account and returned my money without letting me know. I ask you do you think what you guys did is correct? When the bank ask me for any documents I submitted immediately once I was 5 hrs away driving and I cancelled everything just for me to submitted what you ask me for what ? The funds come from a legit source Wich is SBA.

GBI find no benefit to using this bank … I find no benefit to using this bank over a local bank. If you are a small non-profit they want to charge you a monthly fee to use their services, but they do give free accounts to profit earning microbusinesses. Plus their advertisement of setting up the account quickly online in 10 minutes is completely false advertisement. They do require you to speak with them before they will setup your account.
