Impossible to Access Online We tried to use Small Business Bank for an early stage startup. It worked fine until we brought in an accountant who needed to have access to the account. Unfortunately, at that point, everything started to break. Each time he tried to get into the account, there was a new challenge question. Finally, the account even got locked out by even the account owner. We had to move our funds just to be able to do routine banking transactions. Not a great experience.

This bank is really a scam This bank is really a scam. I do wonder why it is still working. The FDIC should close them up. I had pass through all the bank account opening procedures. I managed to get funds into it but now getting an email from them in order to transfer my funds is a big problem now. Cant register the ACH transfer to my other bank accounts. I advise people to stay away from this bank. My cousin who works for the Government is already investigating them. Regards, Dewella Brough

Lots all lies This bank they don't know how to handle business i opened an account i really thought i did but was never activated. Now they secured 2 message wich i can't get in because My account is locked. Well after you answer this last review you never fixed anything you closed my account and returned my money without letting me know. I ask you do you think what you guys did is correct? When the bank ask me for any documents I submitted immediately once I was 5 hrs away driving and I cancelled everything just for me to submitted what you ask me for what ? The funds come from a legit source Wich is SBA.

Horrible and similar to northone bank Horrible and similar to northone bank. Northone have even give me an answer for my dispute and they had over a month! Sbb here been days trying get my pin is on me thing another reason they shouldn’t be operating is when you charge your card it doesn’t show until next day for example you have 1000 you bought a gum 5 dollars the active isn’t shown so if you have 20 transactions after within the day on a working day it don’t show nothing later tomorrow bam all is shown. In my case had 105.00 use my card expect to have 40 then next day it show -39. Robbers straight out and this is with no overdraft protection. Come on now a days which new bank worth no history give you overdraft protect some do as in dont pay for you but then charges fees

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I can no longer access my account (since early May). I have called a dozen or more times during the past few weeks and the call is not or cannot be answered. There so called upgrade "mobile app" apparently accessible only via cell phone replaced their previous computer based interface. I DON"T use a cell phone for my banking! Now I am locked out of any access to my business accounts.
