Impossible to Access Online We tried to use Small Business Bank for an early stage startup. It worked fine until we brought in an accountant who needed to have access to the account. Unfortunately, at that point, everything started to break. Each time he tried to get into the account, there was a new challenge question. Finally, the account even got locked out by even the account owner. We had to move our funds just to be able to do routine banking transactions. Not a great experience.

Positive banking experience for my business I have been using Small Business Bank for several years. I appreciate their detailed security measures to set up the account. I have had excellent customer service for any question I may have. I have not had any problems with transfers to my personal account or paying bills. Any problems I have encounter have been my own mistake and mostly involved technical issues. I have had many more issues with larger banks in the past and feel the service SBB provides is superior and valuable.

Can't think of any reason to look elsewhere. Have been with SBB for several years now, and am still delighted with their service. No nonsense bank. Good people. Fast service. Responsive to all my needs and questions. Simple and secure online banking interface. Everything I've needed to run both of my micro businesses. Can't think of any reason to look elsewhere.

RUN AWAY RUN AWAY. I have been a business customer since 2014. This bank "upgraded" their online portal and app. I lost all access to every transaction. They offered to 'mail or fax' my past statements. Seriously? No access to anything online before March of 2021. The new system doesn't allow a transaction search or any detail. How is this allowed by the Feds in this day and age? Thier customer service has never been good, now it's horrible. Moved to Capital One

Horrible and similar to northone bank Horrible and similar to northone bank. Northone have even give me an answer for my dispute and they had over a month! Sbb here been days trying get my pin is on me thing another reason they shouldn’t be operating is when you charge your card it doesn’t show until next day for example you have 1000 you bought a gum 5 dollars the active isn’t shown so if you have 20 transactions after within the day on a working day it don’t show nothing later tomorrow bam all is shown. In my case had 105.00 use my card expect to have 40 then next day it show -39. Robbers straight out and this is with no overdraft protection. Come on now a days which new bank worth no history give you overdraft protect some do as in dont pay for you but then charges fees
