You all do realize that Milli Bank is… You all do realize that Milli Bank is just part of a bank in Omaha right? Completely legit but they have stringent qualification rules for their highest interest bearing accounts. I have had an excellent experience, completely easy enrollment and communication. Best high yield savings account out there!

Bad experience right from the start I opened an account with Milli Bank for their HYIR. I linked 2 accounts using their Plaid access. Last week, I got a notification that my account had been restricted and requested statements from my linked accounts. I sent this documentation out the same day and I have not heard back nor have my emails and phone calls responded to. Basically, the funds I transfered is frozen with no help

Time for Milli to go out of business Time for Milli to go out of business. Like most posts, they stole my money for 2 full weeks before depositing it into my account. Two weeks! Are they keeping record in paper notebooks? There are so many other options paying the same or better rates - avoid Milli at all cost!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Tried to verify my account numerous times, but they kept adding the country code to my sms code so my phone wouldn’t take it, I texted them at 4 different occasions and was told it was because it was a land line number!!! It’s not, the they said a tech would reach out in ONE TO TWO DAYS TO HELP!!! Omg. Now I went to log in and because of security reasons they refuse to acknowledge my account that I haven’t even opened yet!!!!
