Very Bad Customer Service Very Bad Customer Service - Don't Use. Needed (and still need as no follow up yet) a simple change on my account. Put in a ticket, sent my info and heard nothing. They eventually closed my ticket without addressing my concern. To make a long story short, I put in multiple tickets and have been waiting over 4 weeks. Worst customer service I'd ever experienced.

Fold Took More Than They Gave I had paid for the Fold card membership and used it quite a bit when they had the option of buying Amazon cards. But once they stopped having the Amazon option there wasn't a motivation for me to use it much. Little did I know but they had started charging me a monthly fee for non regular use, that went on for a while without me knowing until they depleted my Fold debit card account of the funds I had deposited. Not very enticing for a customer.

Been waiting a week for them to handle… Been waiting a week for them to handle a basic customer service request. Tried multiple follow-ups. Switched after BlockFi CC blew up and was referred. Card supposedly on its way but communication has been poor. Not a good start and just may keep looking.

They are forcing Logouts so you have to forfeit your sats I have been spinning everyday for Sats since 2021. I had accumulated 24k in sats. Then I clicked on the Fold card to get more information and my app got stuck on a page. I had to log back in. After reseting my username and password...I finally got in to find zero Sats. When I reached out to their customer service they told me that i had somehow created a second account which is a violation of the terms of agreement and automatically forfeits all my sats. I couldn't remember which username I used to open the account and was stuck on a pop up that wouldn't go away. It's only $6...,but it's the principal. I don't recommend this app.

Rewards cut in half They cut rewards in half. Not worth the effort. They refused to refund my spin plus annual fee of $100 after using it only 3 months.
