GBVery Bad Customer Service Very Bad Customer Service - Don't Use. Needed (and still need as no follow up yet) a simple change on my account. Put in a ticket, sent my info and heard nothing. They eventually closed my ticket without addressing my concern. To make a long story short, I put in multiple tickets and have been waiting over 4 weeks. Worst customer service I'd ever experienced.

GBBeen waiting a week for them to handle… Been waiting a week for them to handle a basic customer service request. Tried multiple follow-ups. Switched after BlockFi CC blew up and was referred. Card supposedly on its way but communication has been poor. Not a good start and just may keep looking.

DEToo many fees. Do not use. There are better alternatives. If I get a debit card I don't want to be penalized for not using it or have to pay for an activation. I'll just stick to my free Coinbase, Nexo, or crypto.com card (also higher rewards than Fold just Fyi)
