Fold Took More Than They Gave I had paid for the Fold card membership and used it quite a bit when they had the option of buying Amazon cards. But once they stopped having the Amazon option there wasn't a motivation for me to use it much. Little did I know but they had started charging me a monthly fee for non regular use, that went on for a while without me knowing until they depleted my Fold debit card account of the funds I had deposited. Not very enticing for a customer.

They eventually closed my ticket without addressing my concern. To make a long story short, I put in multiple tickets and have been waiting over 4 weeks. Worst customer service I'd ever experienced.
