Scary bad Cybersecurity Looked through their code base. Their security protocols are terrible. Don't know if I could come up with a worse architecture design to buy/store/trust as my bitcoin holders

Been waiting a week for them to handle… Been waiting a week for them to handle a basic customer service request. Tried multiple follow-ups. Switched after BlockFi CC blew up and was referred. Card supposedly on its way but communication has been poor. Not a good start and just may keep looking.

Very Bad Customer Service Very Bad Customer Service - Don't Use. Needed (and still need as no follow up yet) a simple change on my account. Put in a ticket, sent my info and heard nothing. They eventually closed my ticket without addressing my concern. To make a long story short, I put in multiple tickets and have been waiting over 4 weeks. Worst customer service I'd ever experienced.

One of the best out there and with the easiest transactions ever. I was skeptical at first, but after trying them out, the transaction went smooth and the vouchers are real and most importantly, they are working 100%. Thank you for providing such a amazing service and a great platform. Keep up the good work.
