GBThey are forcing Logouts so you have to forfeit your sats I have been spinning everyday for Sats since 2021. I had accumulated 24k in sats. Then I clicked on the Fold card to get more information and my app got stuck on a page. I had to log back in. After reseting my username and password...I finally got in to find zero Sats. When I reached out to their customer service they told me that i had somehow created a second account which is a violation of the terms of agreement and automatically forfeits all my sats. I couldn't remember which username I used to open the account and was stuck on a pop up that wouldn't go away. It's only $6...,but it's the principal. I don't recommend this app.

GBScary bad Cybersecurity Looked through their code base. Their security protocols are terrible. Don't know if I could come up with a worse architecture design to buy/store/trust as my bitcoin holders

GBI had my federal tax refund sent to the⦠I had my federal tax refund sent to the card and I can't activate my card, after the deposit was sent they restricted my account access and now I can't seem to get in contact with anyone going on two weeks since I sent in all the identifying documents and then some and still no response and I have no access to my tax refund. Worst thing I ever did. It cost me my place of living and job I am so screwed from this company.

ZAOne of the best out there and with the easiest transactions ever. GBVery Bad Customer Service Very Bad Customer Service - Don't Use. Needed (and still need as no follow up yet) a simple change on my account. Put in a ticket, sent my info and heard nothing. They eventually closed my ticket without addressing my concern. To make a long story short, I put in multiple tickets and have been waiting over 4 weeks. Worst customer service I'd ever experienced.
