Customer Service non existent, money pocketed in Customer Service line voice mail full.... This "company' pocketed in my money due to inactivity. All of it! I was not comfortable trading, so I didn't. Why would the money totally disappear. I understand some monthly fee, that I can see deducted, but no, Just all gone. Avoid this place.

I asked for them to reverse the transaction and they keep on going back and forth with me on if I received the funds or sent the funds. Right now I will not recommend a company that customer support is sucks. Who knows if I will ever get my funds deposited to my account or I loose whatever I had.
