CoinZoom - 50% Fees! Avoid This Company I was charged 50% fees from this company ..... 50%!!! When I complained they said the fees are on the website. Yes, they are, but too small, most people (is it their goal?) miss the fees info. It's so easy to change, just have a pop up with a WARNING stating you are about to be ripped off with 50% fees! That way customers can decide but right now it's just you're gonna get ripped off with 50% fees too bad suckers! In this day and age these scammy type companies can be avoided. There are a lot of far better options! When you complain their customer service just reply with bog standard url links, awful customer service too! Update: 4th July 2022 The CoinZoom Customer Service were excellent, they refunded me!

I made a deposit by debit on March 20…Disappointed I made a deposit by debit on March 20 2022 and it said on the portal that I am not able to withdraw the funds or crypto until the 27th. Three days later that withdrawal date changed to may 11th. I would have never deposited with them had I known it would have taken more than 7 days. Support was no help when they finally responded saying that it could take up to 90 days. I advise against this company if you are planning on withdrawing before 90 days.

Problem withdrawing MY OWN MONEY there was no problem transferring ETH to coinzoom, however Customer Service says I need a VIP account to withdraw MY money. This is not a trustworthy platform for trading. I have the coinzoom app with the green circle with a squiggly line through it

Terrible is a compliment. Terrible, to say the least. I tried to withdrawn my money using a Debit Card (nothing special, just a normal bank debit card) and it did not work. I asked for help, at least 4 different people replied and not even one of them was able to suggest to use a different card (I tried and I finally got my money back). When asking for help I pointed that I had only 100$ on my Coinzoom account and, one of the persons, suggested me to use a Wire withdrawn method: 25$ of fees. Terrible company, useless customer service, will never ever use it again.

Cannot send my money because of the… Cannot send my money because of the Google Authenticator. It says all the time that the code is invalid… my Google App works really Fine with other platform!!!!! Need help
