GBThe score will be lower but I recently… The score will be lower but I recently sent some funds to my account T#153004 and getting the run around with the company that their is a delay in the exchange. I asked for them to reverse the transaction and they keep on going back and forth with me on if I received the funds or sent the funds. Right now I will not recommend a company that customer support is sucks. Who knows if I will ever get my funds deposited to my account or I loose whatever I had.

GBTerrible is a compliment. Terrible, to say the least. I tried to withdrawn my money using a Debit Card (nothing special, just a normal bank debit card) and it did not work. I asked for help, at least 4 different people replied and not even one of them was able to suggest to use a different card (I tried and I finally got my money back). When asking for help I pointed that I had only 100$ on my Coinzoom account and, one of the persons, suggested me to use a Wire withdrawn method: 25$ of fees. Terrible company, useless customer service, will never ever use it again.

GBTerrible business Terrible business. Cant withdraw money to bank. Instead have to pay them to withdraw to a debit card. Transfer sometime takes hours. They randomly changed staking requirements for a card with 0 notice. Promo dont pay and you have to contact support.

GBCoinZoom - 50% Fees! Avoid This Company I was charged 50% fees from this company ..... 50%!!! When I complained they said the fees are on the website. Yes, they are, but too small, most people (is it their goal?) miss the fees info. It's so easy to change, just have a pop up with a WARNING stating you are about to be ripped off with 50% fees! That way customers can decide but right now it's just you're gonna get ripped off with 50% fees too bad suckers! In this day and age these scammy type companies can be avoided. There are a lot of far better options! When you complain their customer service just reply with bog standard url links, awful customer service too! Update: 4th July 2022 The CoinZoom Customer Service were excellent, they refunded me!

GBMy issues started in Dec of 23 My issues started in Dec of 23, my Coinzoom debit card was compromised, after about 3 weeks Coinzoom refunded the money to my card(thank you). I requested a replacement card in Jan 24, and even spent 200 zoom to purchase another card, which there app says I should receive in 5 to 7 days. Well it's been over a month and still no card, they say the problem is with the shipper, well I don't get it. Please who ever is in charge. Please respond.
