GBVery bad customer service I used Instant link within this app to link a external US Wise account. Everything was ok until Marcus locked my account (no login possible) and denied any payment using my saving accounts. I did not received any notification for all of this. I discovered it when UMass notified me payment was refused. Even after they unlock my account (they locked by mistake), the problem cannot being solved by the chat; I’ve to call them. There is no way to receive a transcript of your exchanges, and they are telling something different every time you call. No way to send certified pdf or attachments by chat, only by paper and mail. I called them several time. First, they said they want to verify that it’s a personal account. I did everything they asked but my account it’s still under review. Each time I called, they pushed the delay by 2-3 business days. After the first call, they were supposed to unlock after they removed the US wise external account ; but they forgot and this caused me a lot of trouble. I asked several times to be call by a supervisor after all these miscommunication/mistakes by Marcus. I never received a call. After 4 weeks, I’m still not able to transfer money to my external account, and loosing 1 hour every other day to check the status. In comparison, linking this external account went fine with Bank of America app within 20 seconds (not 4 weeks). With BofA, a lot of issues can be solved by chat without loosing time listening to Jazz music during 30min. Looking at all review, it seems all customers are leaving bad reviews started since Nov 2022.

GBmarcus is the worst credit company marcus is the worst credit company. stay away! do not engeage. they offer NO HELP or support. website poorly designed, cant reach a human (hide the chat button).

GBThere's nothing great There's nothing great, and there nothing that works with the GM card , On Jun 25, 2022 i was approved for a business card ($12,000).. i waited for 2 weeks and i called in to know why my card was never dispatched after 2weeks, i talked to a discourteous "jessica" on the phone, and she told me it'll take a month for them to dispatch my card ( i am still waiting for it to come within the mail) i was given a virtual card online to make purchases while i hold up for my physical card.. this virtual card never worked, i was as it were attempting to pay for the windows($900)! i gotten an e-mail after few min. Hi Elyn, Your GM Business Card™ ending in 2876 has been restricted. While your account is restricted, your account access and transactions may be limited for your protection. You will not be able to make purchases on your GM Business Card at this time. We’re here to help. For more information about this issue, please contact a GM Rewards Cards specialist at 1-833-773-0990. My relationship with this company has not been inviting , and this can be irritating since i thought they might be of offer assistance to my company at this time.

GBInflexible and stupid rules I don't care what their contract says. What kind of a company marks a payment as late if you try to pay it on the day it is due? Marcus requires you to pay end of their business day and not yours. You pay at 3:00 PM on your due date and the payment is marked as late. This company is also inflexible on making payment arangements if you ever have trouble paying. You want to do business with a good company. Use Bestegg

GBBrochure is misleading. Be warned that the Heritage Brass electrical sockets have 'ON' written in red capitals on them, which makes the look really cheap! This was not displayed on their brochure.
