GBWas not able to login outside the US I live in the US but was not able to access their web service outside the US when urgently need access to my money. I don't think that bank in 21th century has to limit me in that. Will not use it anymore

GBmarcus is the worst credit company marcus is the worst credit company. stay away! do not engeage. they offer NO HELP or support. website poorly designed, cant reach a human (hide the chat button).

GBDON'T get fooled by these thieves! DON'T get fooled by these thieves!! 1. You can't set up an account to pay. 2. you will wait for hours on the phone to make a payment. 3. They are ready to jump on late payment fees. Total scam!! I think they can afford to fix their website & and, at what point during the past two months is the call volume "unexpected"?!?!?!? SCUM! EDIT: While having their website not working FOR MONTHS!! They reported a late payment to my credit. I would have been glad to make the payment, but their phone line was clogged with people complaining about their website not working correctly. Class action Lawsuit anyone? Count me in.

GBVery bad customer service I used Instant link within this app to link a external US Wise account. Everything was ok until Marcus locked my account (no login possible) and denied any payment using my saving accounts. I did not received any notification for all of this. I discovered it when UMass notified me payment was refused. Even after they unlock my account (they locked by mistake), the problem cannot being solved by the chat; I’ve to call them. There is no way to receive a transcript of your exchanges, and they are telling something different every time you call. No way to send certified pdf or attachments by chat, only by paper and mail. I called them several time. First, they said they want to verify that it’s a personal account. I did everything they asked but my account it’s still under review. Each time I called, they pushed the delay by 2-3 business days. After the first call, they were supposed to unlock after they removed the US wise external account ; but they forgot and this caused me a lot of trouble. I asked several times to be call by a supervisor after all these miscommunication/mistakes by Marcus. I never received a call. After 4 weeks, I’m still not able to transfer money to my external account, and loosing 1 hour every other day to check the status. In comparison, linking this external account went fine with Bank of America app within 20 seconds (not 4 weeks). With BofA, a lot of issues can be solved by chat without loosing time listening to Jazz music during 30min. Looking at all review, it seems all customers are leaving bad reviews started since Nov 2022.

GBInflexible and stupid rules I don't care what their contract says. What kind of a company marks a payment as late if you try to pay it on the day it is due? Marcus requires you to pay end of their business day and not yours. You pay at 3:00 PM on your due date and the payment is marked as late. This company is also inflexible on making payment arangements if you ever have trouble paying. You want to do business with a good company. Use Bestegg
