They prevent access to your own money They repeatedly reversed large outgoing transfers to other banking institutions over two years of various transactions. They offer decent savings rates, but they prevent you from withdrawing your money in a timely manner. Their CSR outright LIED to me stating that they "do not allow transfers to outside financial institutions." What the heck? So your money is allowed in, but you can't ever transfer it out?! This occurred with outside accounts set up and verified from within my Marcus account and from external accounts, so it didn't matter if the money was "pushed" or "pulled" from the other accounts. They even reversed transactions to an outside bank account that was originally established with funds transferred from the Marcus account over a month earlier. Stay far away. You have been warned.

Terrible customer service replaced all my door handles in my house with m marcus Lena Apollo after a year or so on three pairs, some of the chrome started to tarnish, contacted their customer service, who where totally unhelpful and cast me off saying the don't guarantee the finish on their products.Horrendous customer service.

Was not able to login outside the US I live in the US but was not able to access their web service outside the US when urgently need access to my money. I don't think that bank in 21th century has to limit me in that. Will not use it anymore

Brochure is misleading. Be warned that the Heritage Brass electrical sockets have 'ON' written in red capitals on them, which makes the look really cheap! This was not displayed on their brochure.
