IL1) very slow, 2) didn't work 3 they don't help you, 4) they still your money I sent 11,000 CAD (31,200 Shekels) to my wife on May 14, 10 days later they said its completed and she received it, she didn't and they told us to wait few days. we checked and there was nothing in her bank. they sent us a document that shows the bank rejected it, but we checked with the bank and they didn't. Covercy won't help you to solve it, they say maybe the details are wrong, we checked and its all correct. they didn't want to help us find what the problem is, we were lost, asked to cancel the transfer. after few days they sent us the money, only that the stole (in a very tricky way) 1,100 shekels from the transfer. so i lost 1.100 shekels and wasted 3 weeks.

DEExcellent service Customer support responds pretty quick. Great service! The payment arrived at the same date as the 'estimated date' feature displayed. The entire process took no more than 3 days: My transfer to Covercy was confirmed within 24 hours and then within 48 hours the transfer was in the targeted account. Also, the web user interface is quite straight forward; easy, light, looks good while not missing anything. GBFew times they hold the money with them… Few times they hold the money with them for over 3-4 days before making the transfer. I had 2 deals that got cancelled due to their slow transfer and response. I have missed up on investments as they did not respect the deadline Will never use them again

ILDo not use covercy Do not use covercy. Use Transferwise Its a much better service. I have used covercy for several transactions. Every time I transfer money with convercy they give me a hard time. No other money transfer service, banks or otherwise in the world, gives such a hard time and I use many other services without hassle. Even when you answer all their questions, they still delay transfer. Their service has damaged my business, causing delays and costing valuable time and money. My accountant warned me not to use this service again and I didn't listen. My mistake.Their obsession in protecting themselves with the authorities, is totally exagerated and arrogant, and beyond all legal requirements of any other bank or transfer service. It is a total invasion of privacy and extremely humiliating. I personally will never use convercy again and I strongly recommend everyone not to use this service. This message will be going up on every social media site I can possible find. 👎1 out of 5 stars

ILVery bad costumer service Very bad costumer service. Had to chase after them for a week only to discover the transfer was canceled at the end. Also - you can't cancel transfers by yourself if you make any typo or mistake.
