Too many documents requested (Why would you need the bank transfer confirmation?) In parallel to this transfer I used another service. Took 3 days with not even one phone call or email.

ILThe overall costs were cheaper than… The overall costs were cheaper than transferring via bank so I will use them again. However, the transfer took 6 days (comparison bank transfer was overnight). They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

ILI am not satisfied with the demands of … I am not satisfied with the demands of your team , before you make the transfert. When I started my contact with COVERCY i brought you all the documents that your team required in order to proove that all my transfers are official income from rent, and that I and my brother John Gelbard pay all the taxes to the authorities. ILBEWARE BEWARE - Covercy does not even deserve one star - terrible service, several attempts at a transfer that should have succeeded on first attempt. Subsequently after several additional mistakes I received money back into my account only to see over 1,500 shekel less. I am currently investigating this - Covercy received all the adequate information for this transfer to succeed the first time. Worse than the money lost is the valuable time and effort trying to get the transfer through.

ILTerrible service I had a small problem, I just had to know how to issue some document they requested. I tried to contact their customer service to get some help, then my awful experience began. The service was terrible. They were completely unreachable on phone (why do you publish a number if no one is there to answer?) I couldn't get a simple explanation for how to solve the problem, the answers I've finally managed to get was completely incorrect and actually was contradicting each other. No one bothered to explain what happens next and for a long time, I couldn't even know that my money is safe! The issue was finally solved only after I contacted my broker that happened to know someone that works there. No need to mention that no compensation was given. This was some minor issue that only makes me think, what if it was a bigger one? what if I didn't have this kind of personal connection?
