Excellent service Customer support responds pretty quick. Great service! The payment arrived at the same date as the 'estimated date' feature displayed. The entire process took no more than 3 days: My transfer to Covercy was confirmed within 24 hours and then within 48 hours the transfer was in the targeted account. Also, the web user interface is quite straight forward; easy, light, looks good while not missing anything. The overall costs were cheaper than… The overall costs were cheaper than transferring via bank so I will use them again. However, the transfer took 6 days (comparison bank transfer was overnight). They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

Few times they hold the money with them… Few times they hold the money with them for over 3-4 days before making the transfer. I had 2 deals that got cancelled due to their slow transfer and response. I have missed up on investments as they did not respect the deadline Will never use them again
