NLMissing communication resulted in extra fees Unclear requirements although the regulator is pretty clear on what’s needed. An uncommunicated delay in bank holidays made them charge me for additional 1000 DKK. They are also a bit more expensive than competitors

ILVery bad costumer service Very bad costumer service. Had to chase after them for a week only to discover the transfer was canceled at the end. Also - you can't cancel transfers by yourself if you make any typo or mistake.

GBlot's of things are unclear lot's of things are unclear, the rate exchange was changed 3 times: before, when I check the rate, during the transfer and finally before the final approval

GBunclear of what documents they need unclear of what documents they need, a lot of email ping-pong, huge uncertainty of what is the status of the transfer and when you'll see it on the other end. Support team tells you something is missing only after you contact them to ask about the progress, causing the loss of business days without you money in you hands (but in theirs) - happened to me twice in the exact transfer details.

ILCheaper but much more complicated than the bank This was the first time I used a money transfer service other than a bank. Covercy initial service was very welcoming and friendly, until it got to the point they asked for "additional documents", I never encountered such an interrogation when I transferred money through the bank. Covercy claimed it is what is required by thr authorities, but the banks are subject to the same regulations and never aaked for so many details and forced my to submit sensitive personal information and contracts to allow the transfer. I'm not sure the slightly lower rate worth the extra strain related with their process.
