1) very slow, 2) didn't work 3 they don't help you, 4) they still your money I sent 11,000 CAD (31,200 Shekels) to my wife on May 14, 10 days later they said its completed and she received it, she didn't and they told us to wait few days. we checked and there was nothing in her bank. they sent us a document that shows the bank rejected it, but we checked with the bank and they didn't. Covercy won't help you to solve it, they say maybe the details are wrong, we checked and its all correct. they didn't want to help us find what the problem is, we were lost, asked to cancel the transfer. after few days they sent us the money, only that the stole (in a very tricky way) 1,100 shekels from the transfer. so i lost 1.100 shekels and wasted 3 weeks.

Excellent service Customer support responds pretty quick. Great service! The payment arrived at the same date as the 'estimated date' feature displayed. The entire process took no more than 3 days: My transfer to Covercy was confirmed within 24 hours and then within 48 hours the transfer was in the targeted account. Also, the web user interface is quite straight forward; easy, light, looks good while not missing anything. Very bad costumer service Very bad costumer service. Had to chase after them for a week only to discover the transfer was canceled at the end. Also - you can't cancel transfers by yourself if you make any typo or mistake.

The overall costs were cheaper than… The overall costs were cheaper than transferring via bank so I will use them again. However, the transfer took 6 days (comparison bank transfer was overnight). They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

Takes forever Takes forever. Plan for 2 weeks and 50 emails before you get your transfer complete. Did two full transfers with transferwise in less time it takes then to approve my money is in there bank. Still waiting over 5 days after I've moved the money to then.
