1) very slow, 2) didn't work 3 they don't help you, 4) they still your money I sent 11,000 CAD (31,200 Shekels) to my wife on May 14, 10 days later they said its completed and she received it, she didn't and they told us to wait few days. we checked and there was nothing in her bank. they sent us a document that shows the bank rejected it, but we checked with the bank and they didn't. Covercy won't help you to solve it, they say maybe the details are wrong, we checked and its all correct. they didn't want to help us find what the problem is, we were lost, asked to cancel the transfer. after few days they sent us the money, only that the stole (in a very tricky way) 1,100 shekels from the transfer. so i lost 1.100 shekels and wasted 3 weeks.

Dishonest Dishonest. They give you one rate, and then let you know that it didn’t go in, and charge you a higher rate later on. Unprofessional, a money making scheme. Stay away.

The overall costs were cheaper than… The overall costs were cheaper than transferring via bank so I will use them again. However, the transfer took 6 days (comparison bank transfer was overnight). They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

Do not use covercy Do not use covercy. Use Transferwise Its a much better service. I have used covercy for several transactions. Every time I transfer money with convercy they give me a hard time. No other money transfer service, banks or otherwise in the world, gives such a hard time and I use many other services without hassle. Even when you answer all their questions, they still delay transfer. Their service has damaged my business, causing delays and costing valuable time and money. My accountant warned me not to use this service again and I didn't listen. My mistake.Their obsession in protecting themselves with the authorities, is totally exagerated and arrogant, and beyond all legal requirements of any other bank or transfer service. It is a total invasion of privacy and extremely humiliating. I personally will never use convercy again and I strongly recommend everyone not to use this service.
