Stay away part 2 Covercy answer to my 1st review is not satisfactory. Indeed I was not the client but "only" the recipient of the funds. I was raising a general question on their FB page and they are refusing to answer which is a strong sign of none-transparency policy. Please be aware that the transfer was made on 7 days old conversation rate which gave the company a very high profit. Convery is refusing to admit their wrong doing and all of you should pay attention to the differences of the published rates and actual transfers. What is the point to publish low fees if they are making huge profits on conversion rates. I expect Covercy to answer to the point and let the community know how will they fix this issue. The overall costs were cheaper than… The overall costs were cheaper than transferring via bank so I will use them again. However, the transfer took 6 days (comparison bank transfer was overnight). They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

BEWARE BEWARE - Covercy does not even deserve one star - terrible service, several attempts at a transfer that should have succeeded on first attempt. Subsequently after several additional mistakes I received money back into my account only to see over 1,500 shekel less. I am currently investigating this - Covercy received all the adequate information for this transfer to succeed the first time. Worse than the money lost is the valuable time and effort trying to get the transfer through.
