1) very slow, 2) didn't work 3 they don't help you, 4) they still your money I sent 11,000 CAD (31,200 Shekels) to my wife on May 14, 10 days later they said its completed and she received it, she didn't and they told us to wait few days. we checked and there was nothing in her bank. they sent us a document that shows the bank rejected it, but we checked with the bank and they didn't. Covercy won't help you to solve it, they say maybe the details are wrong, we checked and its all correct. they didn't want to help us find what the problem is, we were lost, asked to cancel the transfer. after few days they sent us the money, only that the stole (in a very tricky way) 1,100 shekels from the transfer. so i lost 1.100 shekels and wasted 3 weeks.

Excellent service Customer support responds pretty quick. Great service! The payment arrived at the same date as the 'estimated date' feature displayed. The entire process took no more than 3 days: My transfer to Covercy was confirmed within 24 hours and then within 48 hours the transfer was in the targeted account. Also, the web user interface is quite straight forward; easy, light, looks good while not missing anything. unclear of what documents they need unclear of what documents they need, a lot of email ping-pong, huge uncertainty of what is the status of the transfer and when you'll see it on the other end. Support team tells you something is missing only after you contact them to ask about the progress, causing the loss of business days without you money in you hands (but in theirs) - happened to me twice in the exact transfer details.

BEWARE BEWARE - Covercy does not even deserve one star - terrible service, several attempts at a transfer that should have succeeded on first attempt. Subsequently after several additional mistakes I received money back into my account only to see over 1,500 shekel less. I am currently investigating this - Covercy received all the adequate information for this transfer to succeed the first time. Worse than the money lost is the valuable time and effort trying to get the transfer through.

Avoid at any cost locked in my rates, transferred the funds immediately, got a call today after 3 days that rates have changed, and now I can choose to lose money or to get my money back into my bank account and forfeit the transfer, this is absolutely rubbish service. avoid at all cost!! will never use it again.
