Avoid at any cost locked in my rates, transferred the funds immediately, got a call today after 3 days that rates have changed, and now I can choose to lose money or to get my money back into my bank account and forfeit the transfer, this is absolutely rubbish service. avoid at all cost!! will never use it again.

Excellent service Customer support responds pretty quick. Great service! The payment arrived at the same date as the 'estimated date' feature displayed. The entire process took no more than 3 days: My transfer to Covercy was confirmed within 24 hours and then within 48 hours the transfer was in the targeted account. Also, the web user interface is quite straight forward; easy, light, looks good while not missing anything. I am not satisfied with the demands of … I am not satisfied with the demands of your team , before you make the transfert. When I started my contact with COVERCY i brought you all the documents that your team required in order to proove that all my transfers are official income from rent, and that I and my brother John Gelbard pay all the taxes to the authorities. Cheaper but much more complicated than the bank This was the first time I used a money transfer service other than a bank. Covercy initial service was very welcoming and friendly, until it got to the point they asked for "additional documents", I never encountered such an interrogation when I transferred money through the bank. Covercy claimed it is what is required by thr authorities, but the banks are subject to the same regulations and never aaked for so many details and forced my to submit sensitive personal information and contracts to allow the transfer. I'm not sure the slightly lower rate worth the extra strain related with their process.
