Too many documents requested (Why would you need the bank transfer confirmation?) In parallel to this transfer I used another service. Took 3 days with not even one phone call or email.

Stay away part 2 Covercy answer to my 1st review is not satisfactory. Indeed I was not the client but "only" the recipient of the funds. I was raising a general question on their FB page and they are refusing to answer which is a strong sign of none-transparency policy. Please be aware that the transfer was made on 7 days old conversation rate which gave the company a very high profit. Convery is refusing to admit their wrong doing and all of you should pay attention to the differences of the published rates and actual transfers. What is the point to publish low fees if they are making huge profits on conversion rates. I expect Covercy to answer to the point and let the community know how will they fix this issue. Excellent service Customer support responds pretty quick. Great service! The payment arrived at the same date as the 'estimated date' feature displayed. The entire process took no more than 3 days: My transfer to Covercy was confirmed within 24 hours and then within 48 hours the transfer was in the targeted account. Also, the web user interface is quite straight forward; easy, light, looks good while not missing anything. When I started my contact with COVERCY i brought you all the documents that your team required in order to proove that all my transfers are official income from rent, and that I and my brother John Gelbard pay all the taxes to the authorities.
