The entire process took no more than 3 days: My transfer to Covercy was confirmed within 24 hours and then within 48 hours the transfer was in the targeted account. Also, the web user interface is quite straight forward; easy, light, looks good while not missing anything. Support team tells you something is missing only after you contact them to ask about the progress, causing the loss of business days without you money in you hands (but in theirs) - happened to me twice in the exact transfer details.

Too many documents requested (Why would you need the bank transfer confirmation?) In parallel to this transfer I used another service. Took 3 days with not even one phone call or email.

Very bad costumer service Very bad costumer service. Had to chase after them for a week only to discover the transfer was canceled at the end. Also - you can't cancel transfers by yourself if you make any typo or mistake.

Avoid at any cost locked in my rates, transferred the funds immediately, got a call today after 3 days that rates have changed, and now I can choose to lose money or to get my money back into my bank account and forfeit the transfer, this is absolutely rubbish service. avoid at all cost!! will never use it again.
