Takes forever Takes forever. Plan for 2 weeks and 50 emails before you get your transfer complete. Did two full transfers with transferwise in less time it takes then to approve my money is in there bank. Still waiting over 5 days after I've moved the money to then.

Too many inquiries as to the nature of the business I purchased from. Dont u know the people u work with?

BEWARE BEWARE - Covercy does not even deserve one star - terrible service, several attempts at a transfer that should have succeeded on first attempt. Subsequently after several additional mistakes I received money back into my account only to see over 1,500 shekel less. I am currently investigating this - Covercy received all the adequate information for this transfer to succeed the first time. Worse than the money lost is the valuable time and effort trying to get the transfer through.

Do not use covercy Do not use covercy. Use Transferwise Its a much better service. I have used covercy for several transactions. Every time I transfer money with convercy they give me a hard time. No other money transfer service, banks or otherwise in the world, gives such a hard time and I use many other services without hassle. Even when you answer all their questions, they still delay transfer. Their service has damaged my business, causing delays and costing valuable time and money. My accountant warned me not to use this service again and I didn't listen. My mistake.Their obsession in protecting themselves with the authorities, is totally exagerated and arrogant, and beyond all legal requirements of any other bank or transfer service. It is a total invasion of privacy and extremely humiliating. I personally will never use convercy again and I strongly recommend everyone not to use this service. Missing communication resulted in extra fees Unclear requirements although the regulator is pretty clear on what’s needed. An uncommunicated delay in bank holidays made them charge me for additional 1000 DKK. They are also a bit more expensive than competitors
