Too many documents requested (Why would you need the bank transfer confirmation?) In parallel to this transfer I used another service. Took 3 days with not even one phone call or email.

Covercy won't help you to solve it, they say maybe the details are wrong, we checked and its all correct. they didn't want to help us find what the problem is, we were lost, asked to cancel the transfer. after few days they sent us the money, only that the stole (in a very tricky way) 1,100 shekels from the transfer. so i lost 1.100 shekels and wasted 3 weeks.

Few times they hold the money with them… Few times they hold the money with them for over 3-4 days before making the transfer. I had 2 deals that got cancelled due to their slow transfer and response. I have missed up on investments as they did not respect the deadline Will never use them again
