ILTakes forever Takes forever. Plan for 2 weeks and 50 emails before you get your transfer complete. Did two full transfers with transferwise in less time it takes then to approve my money is in there bank. Still waiting over 5 days after I've moved the money to then.

DEExcellent service Customer support responds pretty quick. Great service! The payment arrived at the same date as the 'estimated date' feature displayed. The entire process took no more than 3 days: My transfer to Covercy was confirmed within 24 hours and then within 48 hours the transfer was in the targeted account. Also, the web user interface is quite straight forward; easy, light, looks good while not missing anything. Definitely going to use it in the future when needed. שמח שיש שירות ברמה כזאת לחברה כחול-לבן.

GBFriendly and efficient support Friendly and efficient support. Transaction took longer than expected. Not enouth warnings were given as per caps for internet and bank transfers (To Covercy). Too many documents requested (Why would you need the bank transfer confirmation?) In parallel to this transfer I used another service. Took 3 days with not even one phone call or email.

ILThe overall costs were cheaper than… The overall costs were cheaper than transferring via bank so I will use them again. However, the transfer took 6 days (comparison bank transfer was overnight). They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

ILCheaper but much more complicated than the bank This was the first time I used a money transfer service other than a bank. Covercy initial service was very welcoming and friendly, until it got to the point they asked for "additional documents", I never encountered such an interrogation when I transferred money through the bank. Covercy claimed it is what is required by thr authorities, but the banks are subject to the same regulations and never aaked for so many details and forced my to submit sensitive personal information and contracts to allow the transfer. I'm not sure the slightly lower rate worth the extra strain related with their process.
