Support team tells you something is missing only after you contact them to ask about the progress, causing the loss of business days without you money in you hands (but in theirs) - happened to me twice in the exact transfer details.

They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

Few times they hold the money with them… Few times they hold the money with them for over 3-4 days before making the transfer. I had 2 deals that got cancelled due to their slow transfer and response. I have missed up on investments as they did not respect the deadline Will never use them again
