The overall costs were cheaper than… The overall costs were cheaper than transferring via bank so I will use them again. However, the transfer took 6 days (comparison bank transfer was overnight). They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

Friendly and efficient support Friendly and efficient support. Transaction took longer than expected. Not enouth warnings were given as per caps for internet and bank transfers (To Covercy). Too many documents requested (Why would you need the bank transfer confirmation?) In parallel to this transfer I used another service. Took 3 days with not even one phone call or email.

Do not use covercy Do not use covercy. Use Transferwise Its a much better service. I have used covercy for several transactions. Every time I transfer money with convercy they give me a hard time. No other money transfer service, banks or otherwise in the world, gives such a hard time and I use many other services without hassle. Even when you answer all their questions, they still delay transfer. Their service has damaged my business, causing delays and costing valuable time and money. My accountant warned me not to use this service again and I didn't listen. My mistake.Their obsession in protecting themselves with the authorities, is totally exagerated and arrogant, and beyond all legal requirements of any other bank or transfer service. It is a total invasion of privacy and extremely humiliating. I personally will never use convercy again and I strongly recommend everyone not to use this service. Few times they hold the money with them… Few times they hold the money with them for over 3-4 days before making the transfer. I had 2 deals that got cancelled due to their slow transfer and response. I have missed up on investments as they did not respect the deadline Will never use them again

Takes forever Takes forever. Plan for 2 weeks and 50 emails before you get your transfer complete. Did two full transfers with transferwise in less time it takes then to approve my money is in there bank. Still waiting over 5 days after I've moved the money to then.
