Huntington sucks I can hardly believe that a bank can have ONE person listed on a joint account able to close the account without both parties consent. Also. Huntington bank does NOT give loans to non citizens. What about the thousands of people who live in the USA that are legal residents? Unbelievable.

Took out a HELOC and they stated at… Took out a HELOC and they stated at closing if I kept a $25,000 balance in a checking account they would waive the $60 annual fee. Have charged me 3 years in a row, first two years they waived it but I had to call in and bother them about it. Now, suddenly in year 3 they have forgotten about waiving for the $25,000 balance in checking account. Will be closing out HELOC and taking my $25,000 in checking to another bank. If you can't keep your word about a tiny $60 annual fee then who knows what else you are not going to honor.

Home loan Do not get a home loan if you are in the Chicago area well at least from loan officer Bisael, terrible service! He definitely knows how to dodge phone calls and avoid his clients. If you like being told what you can and can’t do in your home buying experience, he is a your guy but if you actually want to know and be involved go to a different bank or credit union not Huntington. Banking is great! Lending is horrible. I was suppose to close on my house Feb 29th. It is now March 27th. After burning my vacation to close on Feb 29th he refused to make accommodation for me to close on an off day and refused to accept responsibility for this mishap and still wanted to charge me to extend my APR lock rate because I could not sign on his specific date. He only accepted to have charges waved after I backed out of the deal! A little too late!

Huntington is not a great bank It's not a great bank, these guys live in prehistoric times for a bank. I am sure the way they make a living is bank fees and nothing else. If you have to use it use it but if you can avoid go for a better institution. Everything around Huntington is complex, and they lie on demand. Their ATM's are the worst too because sometimes they can't read your checks you are trying to deposit or their touch screen is not working properly.

My customer service experience sucked… My customer service experience was ok until the teller introduced me to the Bank member Abe that would take my information and establish my new account. When I decided not interested in CD and New credit card applications. I was told I get on his nerves and ask to many questions. When I reentered how because he's doing all the talking? If you not happy with the field you chose you may need to pick another profession. He then tried to apologize by saying he had a headache. Worst experience ever.!!! I would Not recommend Hunting Bank on Belmont Ave. Liberty ohio. Teller service was 7 on a scale from 1-10. Read your reviews before you make any decisions. 🤬🤬🤬
