GBOn two occasions at two different branches On two occasions at two different branches, one in West Milton, Ohio and the other in Perrysburg, Ohio. I have had exceptionally great customer service. My elderly mother's account was compromised with her writing a check to a scammer. I am still in the process of changing accounts, but have been so impressed with the kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the employees at these two branches. It has restored my faith in working with someone in person vs. over the phone or internet. Thank you Huntington for having exceptional branch employees. GBHuntington sucks I can hardly believe that a bank can have ONE person listed on a joint account able to close the account without both parties consent. Also. Huntington bank does NOT give loans to non citizens. What about the thousands of people who live in the USA that are legal residents? Unbelievable.

GBNever bank with Huntington Customer service at the branch I used was beyond awful. I deposited a check only to have said check held hostage, they wouldn't let me deposit it and they didn't return it. They basically stole my check!!! Do yourself a favor and not bank at Huntington!!!!

GBStandby Cash I think the Attorney… Standby Cash I think the Attorney Generals office should look into this. Huntington claims they add this to people‘s account who are in good standing. I’ve never had an issue with my account. They put standby cash in my account and they keep upping and lowering the amount yet , nothing has been wrong with my account, you get multiple emails telling you all different things that don’t qualify for anything on my account for the reason. They are affecting peoples credit scores. Shame on Huntington.

GBThe transition was a undesirable The transition was a undesirable. Promises were made but not kept. Things such as auto pay set up yet not kept. The communication was not clear. When they made blunders, they refused to provide quality customer service. Not satisfied with them at all. Due to their blunder caused a 4-8mo. set back on a business plan. But what really takes the cake. The customer service representative had such a nonchalant or unconcerned disposition. 👎🏾
