I deposited a check only to have said check held hostage, they wouldn't let me deposit it and they didn't return it. They basically stole my check!!! Do yourself a favor and not bank at Huntington!!!!

Do not finance a car through Huntington Bank 8 weeks from purchase and 2 weeks post temp tag expiration and no paperwork from Huntington to get tags. Dealer confirmed they have had the title for weeks. Calling is a 30 minute hold. Can't leave a call back number because their system does not recognize entering numbers from cell phone. This whole ordeal with them has been horrific. Said they mailed it last week and gave me a tracking number but USPS site says "label created, waiting on package". I have a new car I haven't been able to drive for 2 weeks with no relief in sight. Cannot put into words the level of frustration I feel every time I look my new car while waiting for a ride.

Home loan Do not get a home loan if you are in the Chicago area well at least from loan officer Bisael, terrible service! He definitely knows how to dodge phone calls and avoid his clients. If you like being told what you can and can’t do in your home buying experience, he is a your guy but if you actually want to know and be involved go to a different bank or credit union not Huntington. Banking is great! Lending is horrible. I was suppose to close on my house Feb 29th. It is now March 27th. After burning my vacation to close on Feb 29th he refused to make accommodation for me to close on an off day and refused to accept responsibility for this mishap and still wanted to charge me to extend my APR lock rate because I could not sign on his specific date. He only accepted to have charges waved after I backed out of the deal! A little too late!

I refinanced my home (that was financed… I refinanced my home (that was financed by Huntington) to lower the interest rate. Even though I was already financed through them and had far more savings with them than the amount I was refinancing, it was as if they had no idea who I was. Everything began from scratch. The process took over 5 weeks from beginning to end. Now I receive much junk mail asking me to take out mortgage insurance and or apply for personal loans. I would not recommend Huntington Bank to anyone...

My customer service experience sucked… My customer service experience was ok until the teller introduced me to the Bank member Abe that would take my information and establish my new account. When I decided not interested in CD and New credit card applications. I was told I get on his nerves and ask to many questions. When I reentered how because he's doing all the talking? If you not happy with the field you chose you may need to pick another profession. He then tried to apologize by saying he had a headache. Worst experience ever.!!! I would Not recommend Hunting Bank on Belmont Ave. Liberty ohio. Teller service was 7 on a scale from 1-10. Read your reviews before you make any decisions. 🤬🤬🤬
