On two occasions at two different branches On two occasions at two different branches, one in West Milton, Ohio and the other in Perrysburg, Ohio. I have had exceptionally great customer service. My elderly mother's account was compromised with her writing a check to a scammer. I am still in the process of changing accounts, but have been so impressed with the kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the employees at these two branches. It has restored my faith in working with someone in person vs. over the phone or internet. Thank you Huntington for having exceptional branch employees. Well my mother for the last 18 years… Well my mother for the last 18 years was getting her checks done for free at Huntington Bank. Because she has neuropathy in her hands, and it's hard to write. Now mind you they did about 8-12 checks a month. Now Huntington wants $7.00 a check. Nothing like ripping off a senior. But they keep taking away the conveniences that brought us to that Bank. So now we are looking for a credit union because rumor has it that big banks are a scam and a rip off. The more that I can take down the big ass companies the happier I am. We will unite to put you out of business. -uck big banks!!!! Stick with the little HONEST guy!!! You lose!!!!!

Huntington sucks I can hardly believe that a bank can have ONE person listed on a joint account able to close the account without both parties consent. Also. Huntington bank does NOT give loans to non citizens. What about the thousands of people who live in the USA that are legal residents? Unbelievable.

A business loan that was only… A business loan that was only $100,000.00 took 4 months to process, partially due to bank agent going one vacation for three weeks and letting loan sit ideal. After it finally closed, sell is waiting for funds to transfer to their account, bank agent said you just have to check you account each day to see if it arrives and couldn't notify us once submitted. Worked with a lot of business deals and banks will call or email when finds are transferred so you can check your account.
