GBThere a good things to write about the… There are good things to write about the secure transactions, and overall the response of the support teams. Operators are polite and efficient...however Also, there are a number of problems: - transactions take up to 5 business days (competitors are doing in less than an hour) - online help after 45 min and still NO answer today; DO NOT USE! - low limits for transactions to cash - the website says 1,000 /day however when when I try to send more than 500 the website blocks you to send more - I am customer for over 4 years, and still get frequent security verifications for same repeat transactions :-)

GBvery unprofessional peoples very unprofessional peoples, they have debited my account and still completing the requirement, every other day they are asking for more documents and have no prescribed list of required documents.it's been 4 days of holding my money. they suppose to change their name from TRANSFAST TO TRUSTNOT.

GBFast, reliable, and good rates I was referred to Transfast by an Aunt, and I’m just mad she didn’t tell me about them earlier. The rates are good, the transfer times are quick. Done quite a number of transfers to them and sometimes, it was a matter of hours or even less than an hour for the money to show up in Nigeria. Their customer care are also very responsive without sacrificing security. I’ll recommend them to anyone trying to send money to Africa.

CAI had 2 accounts set up for payment I had 2 accounts set up for payment. One of the accounts got blocked and subsequently deleted from the system without talking to me eventhough both accounts had gone through verification process. I called account security rep and none wants to talk about it. I got hold of one rep later but I found him very rude and disrespectful.
