GBIf you're not aware Sable is closing… If you're not aware Sable is closing and it's no surprise to me. After all the craziness I've experienced with this account and all the hoops I jumped through to have the card unsecured they NEVER did. People complained that they never received their deposits back after requesting the account closed. My account was sitting for about 2 months untouched until I decided what to do. I had more expenses this month due to a move and had to use the card I'm grateful now because if they run off with less than $5 they can HAVE it. I pray people get their money back.

GBsable has no same day support,if you… sable has no same day support,if you have a question or other reason for calling it will not be addressed by a human at sable for at least a day.i guess you could read the articles they point you to in response to your message for a day or two. the support is mainly automated by design, alot of effort was put into assuring that we wont recieve live help in our time of need.

GBJOKE!!! There a JOKE!!! No physical cards, only virtual. Can’t change your credit limit on your secured card anymore. They say there’s a supply chain issue when you complain about not receiving a physical card. Their milestones you reach are fake they mean nothing. Don’t waste your time there’s way better cards for bad credit.

GBSable Makes It Very Hard to Build/Rebuild Credit! Sable requires you use their online bank for payment, otherwise you have to go in person to CVS or the like to deposit cash in order to make a payment on the credit card. It will not link to an external account. They do not currently accept payment through Zelle, Venmo etc. as advertised. There is also no chip or touchless feature, making it difficult to use anywhere as it is declined multiple times before the register allows you to swipe (antiquated?).. They make it VERY difficult to be a responsible credit card user, making it extremely hard to fix or build credit. Additionally there is no customer service number. I can’t cancel because it will negatively affect my credit. So now I’m stuck with this card that I have put money into, that I can’t use.

GBSeven weeks later...still no cards Seven weeks later...still no cards. Their excuse? They are experiencing delays with their card producer. The obvious question... How long before I could anticipate receiving a card, I don't need an exact date, just wondering if it will be weeks, months, years? Their answer "we are not able to provide an estimated time". Now customer support chat has gone completely dark. If they can't even handle the most basic business functions like getting a card mailed out, how could I ever trust them to handle my money? I can't. I've sent multiple messages now asking them to close the account. We'll see how this goes or if I have to file complaints with the state Attorney General.
