USShould be ZERO stars absolutely the… Should be ZERO stars absolutely the worst bank ever! Lies upon lies tell you one thing they do the next. Not very secure at all, trying to still get money back from unauthorized purchases. Joke !! Secured credit absolutely worst credit builder ever guided me poorly. I have been trying to close account that's another joke. HR should be fully responsible for hiring people that have no or little experience with money. I was guided and told wrong information, but that's my fault!! NO I didn't do the hiring.

US🚨🚨🚨To start there customer services… 🚨🚨🚨To start there customer services is the worst. They Neglected account services. Never answer your calls and do Follow up on emails. They blocked your account making Impossible to make payments. They report bad credit to all accounts in credit company. Please please don’t used there products. Also the Referral program is a lie. Is the worst card in the market. 🚨🚨🚨

USsable has no same day support,if you… sable has no same day support,if you have a question or other reason for calling it will not be addressed by a human at sable for at least a day.i guess you could read the articles they point you to in response to your message for a day or two. the support is mainly automated by design,alot of effort was put into assuring that we wont recieve live help in our time of need.

USAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful! Sable has non-existent “customer service” and doesn’t care if there’s an error on your account. They ignore emails for weeks and refuse to allow anyone to speak to a supervisor. If you’re having similar issues, please reach out to the CFPB so Sable is shut down.

USSeven weeks later...still no cards Seven weeks later...still no cards. Their excuse? They are experiencing delays with their card producer. The obvious question... How long before I could anticipate receiving a card, I don't need an exact date, just wondering if it will be weeks, months, years? Their answer "we are not able to provide an estimated time". Now customer support chat has gone completely dark. If they can't even handle the most basic business functions like getting a card mailed out, how could I ever trust them to handle my money? I can't. I've sent multiple messages now asking them to close the account. We'll see how this goes or if I have to file complaints with the state Attorney General.
