GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful! Sable has non-existent “customer service” and doesn’t care if there’s an error on your account. They ignore emails for weeks and refuse to allow anyone to speak to a supervisor. If you’re having similar issues, please reach out to the CFPB so Sable is shut down.

GBDelete Hello? Does anybody know how to actually cancel this Sable account? I’m literally trying to contact them regarding closing my account, I opened it thinking it was a good bank but now seeing hundreds of comments saying they are fraudulent and scammy I changed my mind…I feel like I’m stuck with this bank and don’t want to take a hit on my credit can anyone help?????

GBIf you're not aware Sable is closing… If you're not aware Sable is closing and it's no surprise to me. After all the craziness I've experienced with this account and all the hoops I jumped through to have the card unsecured they NEVER did. People complained that they never received their deposits back after requesting the account closed. My account was sitting for about 2 months untouched until I decided what to do. I had more expenses this month due to a move and had to use the card I'm grateful now because if they run off with less than $5 they can HAVE it. I pray people get their money back.

GBThere are better options Sable is a horrible representation of digital banking. Do not use this company to build credit, there are better options. They do not answer calls, emails are answered 2 - 5 days. They will lock your account without a reason, they pick which accounts to send their physical credit cards to with no guidelines. It is trash.
