Plastk works for me! No serious issues! I'm a Plastk card holder and have been for some time. They are a newer company so still some issues to work out I think. At 1st when I got my card their credit bureau reporting wasn't in place. It has since been resolved and I now benefit from the credit bureau reporting. From my perspective the only issue that I have at present is the verified by Visa when buying online doesn't work and the card gets declined and some purchases just don't work and the card gets declined regardless of the available credit balance. I have backup card for those occasions so overall I've had a good experience with Plastk.

Scam Scam! Account has been closed 6 months, ruined my credit & yet to receive any funds back. What a joke! I truly hope these crooks get what they deserve.

I would give zero stars if possible I would give zero stars if possible. I canceled the card back in April (after wrangling with them) and was told it would be 60 days before the return of my $500 security deposit. On August 28, 4 months later, Plastk deposited $495 back into my account and I thought that was that. No, because now the deposit has been reported by DC Bank as fraudulent and “made in error” and they’re taking it back. What the heck???? That’s my money!!

Owe me $300 but improved credit score. While they owe me about $300 and have shut down their email, phone and all accountability it seems, i will say that my experience wasn't terrible. My credit was reported and score lifted approx. 200 points in a year and a half, i got my card fast and securely, and aside from the very odd system downtime between 3pm and 6pm due to DC Bank, i'm not completely dissatisfied. I have to think that as a business, if Plastk is not being supported by the lender (DC), it would be bad business for them to pay out money they don't have. Shame on us for not ensuring these funds were insured.

Ban Plastk cards Been with Plastk since 2021. For over a year they werent reporting to any credit bureau, which is kind of the point with a secured credit card. They started reporting in late 2022 and in 2023 have basically gone out of business and stolen everyone's deposit. No contact from anyone at Plastk for months, their website is dead, their phones are dead, and, fun times, i cannot dispute my credit info with them with Equifax because ... reasons? I dont know. This whole company is a mess.
