Owe me $300 but improved credit score. While they owe me about $300 and have shut down their email, phone and all accountability it seems, i will say that my experience wasn't terrible. My credit was reported and score lifted approx. 200 points in a year and a half, i got my card fast and securely, and aside from the very odd system downtime between 3pm and 6pm due to DC Bank, i'm not completely dissatisfied. I have to think that as a business, if Plastk is not being supported by the lender (DC), it would be bad business for them to pay out money they don't have. Shame on us for not ensuring these funds were insured.

What a joke company. I’m amaze that this can happen in Canada. The same happen with the credit report they took it and after they report me bad with Equifax. How much longer domI wait? Until a lawyer gets involved?

Bank shut them down trying to find a new bank blah blah blah At least any reputable company could do is communicate with their customers. They keep stating its been expedited and priority since November 1st. Still nothing! There is no one to contact directly on this matter. They keep replying "we have no access at all for processing any refund to any cardholder's account and can only make requests to our refund issuing team" They changed emails to hello_plastk I feel scammed! DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!

Company stole over $900 from me Company stole over $900 from me. Kept saying things would be settled and I would regain access. I now see the company closed, yet the website is open. They never respond. So frustrating trying to build credit and getting the opposite due to some crooked cooking in the kitchen with this card. Total scam! Fraud! Crooks!
