They keep stating its been expedited and priority since November 1st. Still nothing! There is no one to contact directly on this matter. They keep replying "we have no access at all for processing any refund to any cardholder's account and can only make requests to our refund issuing team" They changed emails to hello_plastk I feel scammed! DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!

They helped my credit score go up They helped my credit score go up and enabled me to get new credit cards. And I got 2,000 deposit back. I'm sorry to hear what happened to everyone. But if you read the reviews about the owner of Plastic Credit card company. You will see this isn't the first time he stole money from people. Even with that said I myself still opened my account and had no troubles..
