So far so good, They have one of the lowest mortgage rates, only $750 processing fee and they give you the option to opt for reduced rate once after locking the rates if the rates go down before closing, which happened in my case. This is the worst Credit Union you… This is the worst Credit Union you could ever have. Do not trust them with your money. They will never catch real fraud but will freeze your card for no reason and not notify you at all. Also don’t ever use the call back option for customer service they will NEVER actually call back. Stay on hold. I recommend closing your account and going elsewhere.

this is actually the bank i use this is actually the bank i use. and have used for nearing 10 years, good bank zero fees no interest deductions. honest upfront staff. only downside, overdraft fees are a bit high, overdraft by 1 penny get a $27 overdraft fee. be 5 stars easily if the overdraft fee wasnt rediculous, but other than the overdraft fee i can find no fault in this bank one of if not the best bank myself and my family members have used

Not an honest institution at all Not an honest institution at all. Watch your account closely until you find another bank. Go anywhere but here. People are leaving RBFCU. I feel sorry for the people on the phones that have to feed their family by covering for the thieves at the top.

Unjustify hard credit pull Please DO NOT use this bank. They did a hard pull on my credit without even discussing whether the loan I was applying for would fit my needs. They are unresponsive and care nothing about client satisfaction.
