This credit union sucks!! This credit union sucks!!! They sent me an email offering credit card consolidation so I applied. The denied it due to too much debt. No kidding, that is why I applied for consolidation with lower interest rate. I've never been late or missed payment on my credit cards. Then yesterday in the mail they sent me a different offer and to call credit before 03/11/2024 to confirm. So I called and they informed me the offer is no longer valid. What a freaking joke this place is. I've been with them for many years. Time to find a good credit union

Worst bank/ credit union ever! Worst bank/ credit union ever! Will move numbers around so you can seem to be negative just so they can charge you an overdraft fee. Even though you go and deposit funds before days end.

Being a member of RBFCU since 1982 Being a member of RBFCU since 1982, I have seen customer service go to total crap. They have lost the personal touch, don’t return phone calls, want to work via email. They seem to work better with people that have low credit scores and excellent payment history. Treating credit worthy people like they are dirt with question after question after question. I have also personally seen members with poor credit get loans right and left without any problems. I guess they like these consumers more because they get more interest off of them.

This is the worst Credit Union you… This is the worst Credit Union you could ever have. Do not trust them with your money. They will never catch real fraud but will freeze your card for no reason and not notify you at all. Also don’t ever use the call back option for customer service they will NEVER actually call back. Stay on hold. I recommend closing your account and going elsewhere.

this is actually the bank i use this is actually the bank i use. and have used for nearing 10 years, good bank zero fees no interest deductions. honest upfront staff. only downside, overdraft fees are a bit high, overdraft by 1 penny get a $27 overdraft fee. be 5 stars easily if the overdraft fee wasnt rediculous, but other than the overdraft fee i can find no fault in this bank one of if not the best bank myself and my family members have used
