USNot worth it The hoops you have to jump through for basic service aren’t worth the extra fees they charge you. Compass was great but it went straight to the landfill as soon as PNC took over. Do not use this bank if you can keep from it.

USMixed Overall experience, not just a recent visit: They are just OK. I haven't had the very negative experiences of some, but (1) their website is poor: difficult to find information; often glitches. (2) their Money Market account paid next to 0% interest in these high rate times, until I presented them evidence of what competitors offer. Even then, it only lasts 6-12 months, at which point I will need to request a rate check again.

COPNC HORRIBLE BANK PNC customer service is HORRIBLE. Unable to solve the most basic banking issue. Take your banking elsewhere.

USSeven years and i'm done. After about seven years with PNC, i'm leaving. They have restricted my spending, they have denied my disputes of scams, and they constantly go down when rent is due. I'm sick of them being unreliable and outright against me. Their new commercials say they are boring? Yes, and they are lazy too. Pick a better bank.

USI went to PNC this afternoon for help… I went to PNC this afternoon for help with an urgent problem a company over charging my five times. I spoke to a lady named Stephanie, she was the sweetest, most helpful, amazing knowledge, and before Zi could address another concern . She solved that problem at the Lubbock Bank on 98th Street amazing staff and the bank is the prettiest PNC I've ever seen , just a 10 thumbs up for them and want to say thank you to Stephanie for helping me and I left their feeling assured that everything would be okay so shout out and a big thank you to everybody at that branch sincerely Amanda poore
