Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I was scammed out of $650 and PNC said they would return it to my account. A week later I got a letter in the mail saying "you authorized the charge" so request denied.

I've used this bank 25* years (includes… I've used this bank 25* years (includes the prior banks - prior to it becoming "PNC") I had no issues. However, they have the WORST interest rates, promotions, credit card points and online access to better account portfolios. I've cost myself by not closing my accounts sooner.
