GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I was scammed out of $650 and PNC said they would return it to my account. A week later I got a letter in the mail saying "you authorized the charge" so request denied.

GBI've used this bank 25* years (includes… I've used this bank 25* years (includes the prior banks - prior to it becoming "PNC") I had no issues. However, they have the WORST interest rates, promotions, credit card points and online access to better account portfolios. I've cost myself by not closing my accounts sooner.

GBBanker was not kind or understanding Banker was not kind or understanding. She was more interested in trying to find a scam than she was in helping me set up a small business accout. She went so far as to say scammers loved to target old people. She was nosy and unprofessional.

GBWorst bank ever Worst bank ever. I’ve been using them for years and after paying off my 5000 credit limit my credit limit was reduced to 600 because of my credit when I actually have a higher credit score now so it doesn’t make any sense at all. WORST WORST I’ll be taking out my direct deposits and closing the accounts. Worst costumer service also
