USThe worst customer service experience… The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My father died six months ago and we’re STILL dealing with PNC’s IRA division. The whole division is incompetent. For some reason it takes mail about THREE weeks to get from Pittsburgh to Northeast Ohio. They don’t use metered mail so who knows when it is actually mailed out. The IRA division will accept emailed, scanned documents but they will NOT send anything via email. We’ve moved our accounts to another bank. You should too.

USBanker was not kind or understanding Banker was not kind or understanding. She was more interested in trying to find a scam than she was in helping me set up a small business accout. She went so far as to say scammers loved to target old people. She was nosy and unprofessional.

USFraudsters enjoy PNC members' cash for 90 days! I ordered heart meds which I didn't get by the date that the seller mentioned in their confirmation email. Half a month ago I sent a request to the seller's Help center to refund the transaction and didn't get a response. After I filled out the form to PNC about a suspicious transaction they answered that the bank would solve the issue in 90 days!!!

USWorst bank ever Worst bank ever. I’ve been using them for years and after paying off my 5000 credit limit my credit limit was reduced to 600 because of my credit when I actually have a higher credit score now so it doesn’t make any sense at all. WORST WORST I’ll be taking out my direct deposits and closing the accounts. Worst costumer service also

USI've used this bank 25* years (includes… I've used this bank 25* years (includes the prior banks - prior to it becoming "PNC") I had no issues. However, they have the WORST interest rates, promotions, credit card points and online access to better account portfolios. I've cost myself by not closing my accounts sooner.
