Banker was not kind or understanding Banker was not kind or understanding. She was more interested in trying to find a scam than she was in helping me set up a small business accout. She went so far as to say scammers loved to target old people. She was nosy and unprofessional.

I went to PNC this afternoon for help… I went to PNC this afternoon for help with an urgent problem a company over charging my five times. I spoke to a lady named Stephanie, she was the sweetest, most helpful, amazing knowledge, and before Zi could address another concern . She solved that problem at the Lubbock Bank on 98th Street amazing staff and the bank is the prettiest PNC I've ever seen , just a 10 thumbs up for them and want to say thank you to Stephanie for helping me and I left their feeling assured that everything would be okay so shout out and a big thank you to everybody at that branch sincerely Amanda poore

Worst bank ever Worst bank ever. I’ve been using them for years and after paying off my 5000 credit limit my credit limit was reduced to 600 because of my credit when I actually have a higher credit score now so it doesn’t make any sense at all. WORST WORST I’ll be taking out my direct deposits and closing the accounts. Worst costumer service also

THIEVES AND LIARS… Was lied to by mortgage sales team to get business. Then condo team missed a contractual deadline and denied a loan. It wasn't my fault, lost my earnest money and they just told me they aren't at fault. Billion dollar a year company can't give a few thousand dollars back to a customer after their sales people lied. Automation of PNC Bank Feedback Automation of PNC Bank is a terrible and disturbing trend. No human contact for bad service! PNC Financial Services CEO William Demchak tells financial analysts PNC Bank is going to "'change the world" and "remove tellers so that we have more automation."Today, 90 percent of PNC Bank branches have tellers. In five years, only one-third of them will. Some people are wary of the coming change.
