GBThe waiting for help was awful The waiting for help was awful and after waiting an hour I couldn’t get an appointment to open up an account for two weeks later so I took my business the same day to FNB and opened up an account right away with no waiting or appointment that day… PNC also wanted to charge me 95.00 dollars to cash a check that they issued… I never will try to do business with PNC again.

GBFraudsters enjoy PNC members' cash for 90 days! I ordered heart meds which I didn't get by the date that the seller mentioned in their confirmation email. Half a month ago I sent a request to the seller's Help center to refund the transaction and didn't get a response. After I filled out the form to PNC about a suspicious transaction they answered that the bank would solve the issue in 90 days!!!

GBI've used this bank 25* years (includes… I've used this bank 25* years (includes the prior banks - prior to it becoming "PNC") I had no issues. However, they have the WORST interest rates, promotions, credit card points and online access to better account portfolios. I've cost myself by not closing my accounts sooner.

COPNC HORRIBLE BANK PNC customer service is HORRIBLE. Unable to solve the most basic banking issue. Take your banking elsewhere.
