Joe Plummer gave me so much support and guidance: Write a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General's Office and the BBB, and post comments on social media. I'll file a lawsuit next. The worst scam sites don't even do that. I am very dissatisfied with their services. I think actually they are not doing so well financially. If they collapse, you lose your money regardless, look at cryptopia, same will happen with bittrex if I look how unfriendly they are.

It's OK but verification processes are nightmare-ish. This exchange has a lot of altcoins and has been around for some years. It's decent and fairly safe. It's just an unbelievable hassle to get KYC-verified and if you are a bigger crypto player, they will ask an insane amount of information like proof of source of funds etc. Takes a LOT of time and trial and error to go through this process. For small holders, this is a good exchange.
