Joe Plummer gave me so much support and guidance: Write a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General's Office and the BBB, and post comments on social media. I'll file a lawsuit next. Help others avoid the same mistake, then help to contribute to the solution.

Worst support received from a company. Worst support ever. As a UK customer, I have been blocked for over 3 months now. Despite sending them passport and utility bills for ID verification, they still haven't unblocked my account. My email communication is 22 threads. And support doesn't seem to bother to respond. They are still holding over 750GBP worth of assets which I could've traded :( This makes Coinbase's max of 5-day response a dream.
