Absolutely no customer support whatsoever - all support tickets are ignored. This exchange is owned by Circle.com - look them up on TrustPilot - their reviews are the same, stealing money, demanding ID, blackmail, scam, etc, etc. Poloniex & Circle are a SCAM!!!! Extremely bad service Extremely bad service, been 5 days now since withdrawal request and nothing has been sent, All they have done is post a fake transaction ID. I have sent multiple requests and support emails to try and get this resolved but have not got any reasonable response from them yet. Be aware, suspect Poloniex may be about to Exit Scam everyone. DO NOT SEND ANY COINS THERE UNTIL THEY RESOLVE THIS!!!

Poloniex is a scam and possibly a… Poloniex is a scam and possibly a fraudulent company. Ever since it has been sold to Justin Sun (a known fraudster and cryptocurrency celebrity marketeer). Also its been partly owned and bought by Circle, a large Wallstreet backed firm who are notorious for giving their customers a run-around forever. You will never be able to withdraw your funds. Poloniex will find endless reasons and excuses as to which terms and conditions (small print) you happen to fall into and therefore cannot comply with their never-ending security procedures. It is in their best interests to withhold user funds and never return them. Good luck!
