SCAM ALERT. Avoid at all costs. Stole money from customers in 2019 when their technical incompetency lost them 1800 BTC. They called the theft "socialized losses". Most victims of the theft have not been reimbursed in 2022 still, 3 years later, even though the exchange is still running and in business. Customer service is being useless and dodging questions. Poloniex obviously doesn't plan on doing anything. There are many other exchanges out there. Avoid like the plague.

Extremely bad service Extremely bad service, been 5 days now since withdrawal request and nothing has been sent, All they have done is post a fake transaction ID. I have sent multiple requests and support emails to try and get this resolved but have not got any reasonable response from them yet. Be aware, suspect Poloniex may be about to Exit Scam everyone. Poloniex used to be great in 2015/6 Poloniex used to be great in 2015/6. They have become worse and worse again as time has passed, coins/tokens have vanished and trading is near impossible within the UK now, my savings held in poloniex have vanished, I am completely frustrated and disappointed with them.
