They really take the stress off my shoulders by contacting creditors and making settlement offers on my behalf. Before anything gets finalized, they text or email me directly to be sure I agree with a simple yes or no. GBThe company stays pretty good at… The company stays pretty good at communicating when changes are occurring to the account. My only gripe is the person in charge of my account got switched and I wasn't aware, then they got switched back, once again, without me being aware.
