I tried a few other companies, but I found them most reliable and efficient in helping me out. They are quick at handling your claim, and very easy to get a hold of. I also like the fact that they are responsive to your needs. To anybody reading this, I did the legwork for you by looking into other debt relief programs, and LDR is truly the best.

The company stays pretty good at… The company stays pretty good at communicating when changes are occurring to the account. My only gripe is the person in charge of my account got switched and I wasn't aware, then they got switched back, once again, without me being aware.

Excellent at resolving issues I have been with Liberty Debt Relief for over 2 years. In my opinion, their best quality is communication. They have excellent communication skills. Everytime I have had a question or an issue with a creditor, I have been answered/helped within 24 hrs or less. Everyone has been very attentive to resolving any issues fast and efficiently.
