Pros about Liberty I like that I can make extra payments when I have extra money. I also appreciate the contact I get when a creditor want to close an account. I have to approve that payoff. The last positive is there is NO accrued intrest! Liberty has offered a line of credit, but this an option. Meaning I don't have to have another intrest earning credit debt.

friendly and knowledgeable staff We have been with the program for 9 months, and have 3 of 6 accounts with a settlement in progress. The process is slow, but it is efficient, so patience is a key part of getting through it. The staff have been very courteous, and knowledgeable, and patient with me. There are other programs out there, but these folks actually show concern for our questions and leave nothing to doubt.

Excellent at resolving issues I have been with Liberty Debt Relief for over 2 years. In my opinion, their best quality is communication. They have excellent communication skills. Everytime I have had a question or an issue with a creditor, I have been answered/helped within 24 hrs or less. Everyone has been very attentive to resolving any issues fast and efficiently.
