I went one round with letters and the item came off right away with all three bureaus. I was very pleased! I spoke with someone in customer service, and he said there were a couple of small things that I could work at a little to see if they can be removed too. He did say that I have really good credit though. I am immensely happy with them and would tell anyone to use the service.
