I truly appreciate the fact that they are always available when I have questions, or need insight and guidance. With their support and website, My credit score is trending in the right direction every month, and my score has increased close to 100 points within the year. I had horrible credit after my divorce… I had horrible credit after my divorce because my ex destroyed it and I had to figure out how to fix it but most places what thousands of dollars or they say it takes years! I was referred to credit versio and honestly best decision I ever made not only did they make it so easy to understand they sent updates and what and how to fix your credit. I am forever grateful!

Horrible Horrible!! What a waste of time and money!! I paid for the membership from January-May 2023. 5 months of paying and sending letters. Not one thing was removed from my credit report, not even an inquiry. Only way to actively remove anything from your credit report is through consumer law; in which credit versio/smart credit does not offer!! Also, credit score is a whole different ballgame than your Fico score!! Beware before you spend your hard earned money!

Great product and integrity! This company, product and customer service are top notch! A high level of integrity through and through. I went one round with letters and the item came off right away with all three bureaus. I was very pleased! I spoke with someone in customer service, and he said there were a couple of small things that I could work at a little to see if they can be removed too. He did say that I have really good credit though. I am immensely happy with them and would tell anyone to use the service.
