The timeline to have things done....way too long I feel that in the beginning, It was not explained very clearly how long it would be until you started working with my creditors. It wasn't until after I signed the documents, that further timelines were explained to me.

How Difficult is it to go this route? Any questions that I had were courteously answered in a way easy to understand. I thought this would be a confusing situation but your representatives made it very clear of the procedure. They are very polite and go the extra mile to assist!

Great service … Keeping me informed and the website is easy to use! Thank you for being there for me! Also when calling in the associates that answer your call are very helpful and don’t try to rush you they listen to you and help you with what information you need
