The timeline to have things done....way too long I feel that in the beginning, It was not explained very clearly how long it would be until you started working with my creditors. It wasn't until after I signed the documents, that further timelines were explained to me.

No contact from Atlas. Creditor has no access to my bank accounts. After a year in, and payments of well over 400$/ a month.I call atlas monthly and all they can tell me is that I should be receiving a settlement offer shortly. No information of when they reached out to the creditor given by Atlas. This has occurred the last 4 months I called.
