The timeline to have things done....way too long I feel that in the beginning, It was not explained very clearly how long it would be until you started working with my creditors. It wasn't until after I signed the documents, that further timelines were explained to me.

I have a similar story as below I have a similar story as below. I was assured by rep Brandon that since only one creditor my debt would be handled in six months I am now well over a year in. No contact from Atlas. Creditor has no access to my bank accounts. After a year in, and payments of well over 400$/ a month.I call atlas monthly and all they can tell me is that I should be receiving a settlement offer shortly. No information of when they reached out to the creditor given by Atlas. This has occurred the last 4 months I called.

There is life after debt trauma and Atlas Debt Relief helped me get through my crisis . My experience has been calming and a relief and although the process is somewhat slow it is worth the debt relief I’ve experienced . I am eager to get my credit score back ,as it was in the 800’s .. and I had great history so this has been sad and hard and I’m so grateful for the debt relief team . Being patient! Being patient in the whole process has been very rewarding! I wasn’t sure how this process works but I got my first settlement and it was better than I thought it would be!
