GBIf I could put zero stars I would If I could put zero stars I would. I have been in this "program" 5 months now and have been paying Greenstone almost $600 per month. $400 of that money is FEES...the largest being over $300 for "service" fee. $600 X 5 months is $3000 but there is only $68 in my account to pay toward my bills. When I complained that nothing was being done to "settle" my bills they said they can't do anything until I have enough money in my account. Seems like if I wasn't paying such high "service" fees there would be money to be put toward my debt. I could have used that money and paid of 2 of my creditors by now. To me this is robbery because I asked about canceling and she told me that NONE of the $3000 is refundable. Before you sign with this company READ THE FEE SCHEDULE. They drag the PREsettlement phase out to nearly 9 months in some cases and charge these high fees the whole time they are doing absolutely nothing, RUINING your credit at the same time. You will end up paying more than you would if you reached out to your creditors and negotiated a lower interest rate or some kind of settlement yourself. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.

GBSo far my experience has been positive So far my experience has been positive. They just made my first settlement and it was a great settlement. Hopefully they will all be this good.

GBIt is now just a matter of following… It is now just a matter of following through and finishing payments, therefore I thought now would be a good time to evaluate because my plan is already set up. So far, I've only encountered helpful, non-pushy people who haven't been critical or rude. I can't wait to be out from under my debt after I finish the plan.

GBPeople who care Greenstone cares about their clients. I am always greeted with enthusiasm and compassion. They have helped me clear up my debt issue quickly and painlessly. Thank you!

GBno communication no progress Extremely communicative while signing up but after the welcome package is signed there is 0 communication. They haven’t negotiated anything on my behalf in the 8 months I’ve been in the program. I have no idea what they are doing but if the goal was to let every account hit collections instead of negotiating they are spot on. Waiting for the creditors to contact them instead of proactively reaching out to start talks. I could have done this myself without paying for their “services”. I’ll give it a few more months but come the 13 months mark if nothing has changed im likely canceling.
