My attorney not only allowed a default judgement to happen BEFORE my court date, I have had to tell him the status updates along the way. He has failed to communicate nor file the motion to vacate judgement. I had to go to the courthouse to complete this myself. The "litigation" department has no idea what is going on and is completely unavailable, when the extension actually works. I have spent over 12 grand for zero representation and no assistance.
