As a customer of White Oak Law Group, I logged into their site and was instructed to a notice that said that "the operations of the businesses providing customer service for the law firms and companies listed below have been paused." White Oak Law Group answers their phone with an automated message but you are put on hold for an extensive period of time (like an hour) with no option to leave a message for a call back.
