Excessive spamming, poor service Excessive spamming. I acknowledged spam and asked for written message about loan. Still have no idea why I was spammed so much. It's silly that I was told that info could only be given via phone call. So difficult to deal with White Oak for issues that I needed help with(never accomplished),yet so many spam contacts to tell me I was a great customer and had an "offer".

Lack of communication with me Lack of communication with me. No, bills have been negotiated for an agreement. I feel the company has not worked in my behalf but collected my money. I still have creditors calling, emailing and threatening me. My credit has plummeted but nothing has been done. 😬
