Excessive spamming, poor service Excessive spamming. I acknowledged spam and asked for written message about loan. Still have no idea why I was spammed so much. It's silly that I was told that info could only be given via phone call. So difficult to deal with White Oak for issues that I needed help with(never accomplished),yet so many spam contacts to tell me I was a great customer and had an "offer".

Now that I have everything set up for… Now that I have everything set up for my program, I figure now is a good time to look it through. Just keep doing what you have been doing and pay what you owe. At White Oak Law Group, I have encountered nothing but pleasant interaction with everyone I have encountered. I am looking forward to being debt-free at the end of the plan.
