Great People, Great Program From the very first phone call to the final settlement approval, we have had a great experience. We initially were a little wary of this type of program, but from the very first phone call, everything was explained well and every question was answered.

It's silly that I was told that info could only be given via phone call. So difficult to deal with White Oak for issues that I needed help with(never accomplished),yet so many spam contacts to tell me I was a great customer and had an "offer".

White Oak Law Group Law Suit Not sure what is going on with all the positive reviews. As a customer of White Oak Law Group, I logged into their site and was instructed to a notice that said that "the operations of the businesses providing customer service for the law firms and companies listed below have been paused." White Oak Law Group answers their phone with an automated message but you are put on hold for an extensive period of time (like an hour) with no option to leave a message for a call back.
