Very unprofessional company that cares nothing about you except to make money off of you Recently had simple quarters reality purchase the home we were living in. Long story short our home was sold out from under us by a family member, simple quarters purchased the home no fault to them their. After purchasing the house they had us evicted,still no fault to them. Now the problem I have is after the eviction we was unable to remove all of our belongings in time so simple quarters hired jones movers to remove the rest of our belongings. They are responsible for taking any and all things left instead they took it upon themselves to break things of ours put personal items such as mail, kids school pictures, home decor, family items left by mygrandparents, even my dad's military photo album in trash bags and set them out for trash removal. They put ours and our children's beds out in the back yard to be thrown away, all of these items and much more now have been ruined do to their lack of caring and unprofessional behavior. If a company cares this little about a family's personal belongings then why do you think they would care about your home or you in any deal. Not to mention I have called several different numbers listed for this business and every one of them has a busy signal no matter what time you call. Seems alittle strange coming from a company with such high reviews. One would think you would eventually get a live person on the phone since you are trying to sell a home for a large amount of money, that is not the case with this company. Do your self a favor first and do some research on this before doing business with them or you might regret it.
