GBI walked into Bethpage and inquired… I walked into Bethpage and inquired about their CD rates and departed 15 mins later thrilled and fully impressed by Client Rep. knowledge and patience. I would definitely recommend stopping by and chatting with Delmy.

GBHorrible bank. Steer clear Horrible bank. Steer clear. Had my account locked because I moved a few weeks ago and the change of address on my driver's ID hasn't been updated yet by the DMV. Bethpage sent no notifications of account freeze and it wasn't until I went to pay bills and buy food for my family that I found out I had no access to my account or funds. Called them and they told me I could verify my address via video call but I had to wait 10 days for the next appointment and the fraud department could only be reached by email. Customer service was terrible. 1 star is too much. If I could give them a zero star I would. Will be looking into legal action due to the lack of notifications.
