Trust Account problems I have a very complicated trust account for my parents that I am trying to resolve. I went into the Centereach branch and was assisted by Richard Olsen. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to help me after other representatives at another branch had dropped the ball. I look forward to continued interactions with him to resolve my issues.

I've been banking with Bethpage FCU for… I've been banking with Bethpage FCU for 15 years, primarily at the North Babylon branch. The service is great. The tellers are very polite and helpful. I'm especially happy with the Assistant Manager, Nydia. She is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to help. As long as Nydia is there, I'm going nowhere.

Horrible place to do business Horrible place to do business. I’ve been unable to make online payments for over nine months now, despite several attempts to correct the issue. Currently unable to even make phone payments. Best to look elsewhere! Your response to my review is pathetic. The issue was escalated, nine months ago as stated, to date you have done nothing to correct the issue except to set expectations that you never live up to. Another prime example of your company’s incompetence!
