GBHorrible place to do business Horrible place to do business. I’ve been unable to make online payments for over nine months now, despite several attempts to correct the issue. Currently unable to even make phone payments. Best to look elsewhere! Your response to my review is pathetic. The issue was escalated, nine months ago as stated, to date you have done nothing to correct the issue except to set expectations that you never live up to. Another prime example of your company’s incompetence!

GBThey are not even close to a 1 star They are not even close to a 1 star! I strongly suggest anyone to look elsewhere for banking and loans! They are a shady bank who will hit you with unexpected fees! But that’s not it customer service talks to you like your trash they have no professionalism in their nature! They will not answer you or hang up on you if they don’t like the conversation! Like it’s their money their rules! Not an attractive place or business to deal with! Save the headaches and money and go somewhere else!
